Shipping

Putters are assembled to order and typically ship within 3 business days of a completed order. Some delays may occur during unusual circumstances, but are not typical. Pre-orders and items noted to be back-ordered, or are not currently in stock, will ship as soon as inventory is replenished.

Please note: Shipping is not available to all countries or locations. Customs policies and fees vary from country to country. International shipping does not include customs or duties imposed by each country, so if your particular country imposes a duty or customs fee, they will charge you independently from our shipping fee.

Returns

We know that buying a putter sight unseen can be a bit unnerving. We appreciate you trusting us with your putting!

It’s extremely rare that anyone wants to return a LEAN LOCK putter, but just in case, we have some options if LEAN LOCK isn't working for you.

There are only a few reasons why you may struggle with LEAN LOCK and most are related to the setup position. Please study the book we provided and watch our online video lessons, particularly the Setup Routine video, and with some practice you should be able to get comfortable.

Putters purchased online through our website can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If returned to us in LIKE-NEW condition suitable for resale at retail price, we will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment and you will not be charged a restocking fee.

Wholesale purchases are not eligible for returns unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

To return your product, contact us at info@leanlockputting.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products returned without prior authorization will not receive a refund and will not be returned to you.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees to return the putter to us.

If the putter shows signs of use and cannot be considered new, we will charge a $75 restocking fee.

Severely damaged or missing items (headcovers, books, etc.) may result in rejections or additional partial refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at and speak with accounting.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange for a different size or type of LEAN LOCK product, send us an email at info@leanlockputting.com describing the reason for the exchange to receive an RMA.

You should write the RMA # on the outside of the box and ship your product(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use Fed Ex or UPS so there is a real time tracking method. If shipped by USPS we cannot guarantee it will get to us.
