Shipping

Putters are assembled to order and typically ship within 3 business days of a completed order. Some delays may occur during unusual circumstances but are not typical. Pre-orders and items noted to be backordered, or are not currently in stock, will ship as soon as inventory is replenished.

Please note: Shipping is not available to all countries or locations. Customs policies and fees vary from country to country. International shipping does not include customs or duties imposed by each country, so if your particular country imposes a duty or customs fee, they will charge you independently from our shipping fees. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS (effective as of 9/9/2023)

Please realize it takes time to change to a new putter and get used to a new way of putting; which is why we include an unprecedented set of support resources to help you make the transition.

We put a lot into developing the LEAN LOCK putting method and custom building your putter, so please use the resources and materials we provided and give us a fair shot and allow a reasonable amount of time to make the transition from your old method.

We ask that you read/study the book, watch all of the videos, and practice with your LEAN LOCK putter for a minimum of 14 days. If, after at least 14 days and no more than 30 days after delivery, you are not convinced your LEAN LOCK putter is better for you it may be returned, along with the head cover and book. Only products purchased directly from LEAN LOCK Putters are eligible for return.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY US, AND REQUIRE THAT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED. 

PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.

HATS, APPAREL BOOKS PURCHASED SEPARATELY, AND HEAVILY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS SOLD WITH THE "ALL SALES ARE FINAL' FOOTNOTE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

Please email info@leanlockputting.com to request an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label to use for your return shipping.

Once your returned products are received, your account credit or refund will be processed, less a $30 restocking fee. Missing items (book, headcover, etc.) will result in additional fees.

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your LEAN LOCK Putter for another one (different length, model, etc.), send us an email explaining your request to info@leanlockputting.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your wishes.
